Queens Plaza Hotel, Blackpool

My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. The rooms were bright, clean, and lovely, equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Everything was just like the pictures and very spacious. The service was perfect - the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the tram stop. The dining experience was excellent with a huge variety of choices. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel had a homely feel to it and was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of enjoying a delicious fried breakfast. However, it could have done with a good deep clean, and there was a horrible smell in the corridors. The lifts were a bit limiting, only able to take 2 people at a time and it was a bit far from all the attractions.

The hotel offers a superior double room with a sea view that has been modernized to an excellent standard. The rooms are of a high standard, newly decorated, and come with refurbished en-suites. The service provided by Denise and John is exceptional; they are friendly, very helpful, and go out of their way to take care of their guests. The location is fantastic with easy access to all Blackpool has to offer, away from the noisy center but close to the sea for a quiet and relaxing stay. The dining experience offers a variety of options with Scottish and English choices, catering to everyone's tastes.
